The Supreme Court of the United States has had to make a lot of decisions lately about what’s allowed—and not allowed—to adorn a person’s head. First, it was a prisoner’s beard. Now, a potential employee has sued a very large retail company about what she wanted to wear on top of her head. Lincoln Steed, editor of Liberty magazine, explains.
